As per the Government of India's security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to give a photocopy of identity proof (Valid passport for foreigners and Valid Vissa) at the time of check-in. Our Hotels reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid ID. All guests must be at least 18 years old to eligible to Check-In to Our Hotels without a guardian. Early check in and late check out are possible on a case-to-case basis upon prior conversation with the Hotel. The hotel may charge fees for early check in and late check out. Single Person occupancy is strictly not allowed. There should be at least two adults during check in. Please Ensure each child must carry age proof, otherwise the host may conclude to put a child into the adult category and put additional charges. Please ensure each guest must carry original and photocopy of identity proof. Id must be issued by government. Guests must lock their doors and windows when not in the room. Management will not be liable for loss or damage to the guests' belongings. Guests are requested to take care of their valuables during their stay. Keep fire away. Do not kindle fire, Do not throw away lighted matches, cigarettes etc. Smoking is not allowed in public areas like reception, lobby, restaurant. Male visitors are not allowed in the female guest's room and vise-versa, in that case they can meet each other in reception or restaurant. Visitors must produce and give a photocopy of their ID proof and phone number in the reception. Visitors are not allowed inside the room after 8PM. Outside foods are not allowed in the hotel. The Visitors must carry and submit a valid govt, ID proof (Aadhar, Voter, ID, Passport) at reception and the leaving time should be informed to the reception before going to the room. Drugs and gambling is strictly prohibited in the property. Pets are not allowed inside the hotel. In case any damage or loss to the property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guests and the host will levy damage, charges as deemed fit.

If cancellation/amendment is made 72 hours before the guest’s arrival date, no fee will be charged. If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours of the guest’s arrival date, only one night’s room rate including taxes will be charged. Early Bird / Last Min / Any Package Rates & Booking Dates are Unchangeable and Non–refundable if cancelled The refund process will take approximately 7 to 10 working days. RESORT PRIYAJEET PVT.LTD believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
RESORT PRIYAJEET PVT.LTD does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within same day of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any Refunds approved by the UNIQUE BEACH RESORT , it will take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
